Will these actually look like me?
That's what we aim for, and we check every photo against yours before you see it. AI isn't always perfect, so if one is off, the revision round covers it. We're not trying to make you look like someone else or more attractive than you are. Think of it as the photo a good photographer or a friend with a great eye would get of you, without you having to plan the trip or hope they nail the shot.
How many photos do I need to upload?
A handful of clear, recent photos is enough — the more angles and lighting you give us, the better your set turns out.
What if I don't like what I get?
We offer one round of touch-ups or corrections — think a specific fix, not a full redo of the set. Let us know within 72 hours of delivery what's off. The 72 hours is the window to ask; the revision itself may take longer depending on the fix.
Is this private?
Your photos are only used to build your set. We don't share them anywhere else.
How long does it actually take?
Most first sets are ready in 3–5 days. Larger or more detailed requests may take a little longer. Revisions aren't held to that timeline, since some fixes take more work.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes — this service is for adults 18 and older only.
The fine print, in plain language
Terms of service
- CandidMax is for adults 18 and older.
- You may only send us photos of yourself. By ordering, you confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload and that you are the person in them.
- Our photos are meant to look like you on a good day. We don't create images meant to misrepresent who you are, and we may decline an order that asks for that.
- AI-generated images aren't always a perfect likeness. We review every set before delivery, and the revision policy below covers anything that's off.
- You're responsible for following the rules of any app or site where you post your photos, including any rules about AI-generated images.
- We aim to deliver most first sets in 3–5 days. Larger or more detailed requests may take longer.
- Delivered photos are yours to use on your own profiles. We may not use your photos publicly without your written permission.
Revisions and refunds
- One revision round. If something is off, tell us within 72 hours of delivery and we'll make one round of specific touch-ups or corrections. This isn't a full redo of the set.
- Timing. The 72 hours is the window to ask. The revision itself may take longer, depending on the fix.
- Refunds. Each set is made by hand after you order, so we can't refund once work on your set has started. If you cancel before we start, you get a full refund. If we're unable to deliver your set, you get a full refund.

Privacy policy
- What we collect. Your name, email, the photos you upload, and the details you tell us about the style you want. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number.
- How we use it. Only to create and deliver your set, to contact you about your order, and to handle revisions or support.
- AI tools. We use AI image tools to create your photos, which means your uploaded photos are processed by those tools to generate your set.
- Sharing. We don't sell your photos or personal information, and we don't share your photos publicly.
- How long we keep it. We delete your uploaded photos and your finished set within 30 days of delivery, unless you ask us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
- Your requests. To see, correct, or delete your information, email candidmaxphotos@gmail.com.
